Part-Time Embroidery Operator
About Striker Marketing: Striker Marketing is a longstanding Dahlonega custom apparel and decoration shop. We run a multi-head Tajima embroidery line for school spirit-wear, sports teams, businesses, and fulfillment programs across Lumpkin County and the region.
The role: We are hiring a part-time Embroidery Operator to work alongside our team on our multi-head Tajima production line. This role gives flexibility (part-time hours, possibility to grow into more hours over time) and is a great fit for someone with embroidery experience looking for steady, predictable work in a friendly local shop.
What you will do:
- Operate our multi-head Tajima embroidery machine on production runs
- Set up jobs, load garments, monitor stitches, change threads
- Quality-check finished pieces and prepare for shipping
- Work alongside our team to support production schedules
- (If you have the skills) help with digitizing, file prep, and machine programming
Who we are looking for:
- Hands-on experience with multi-head commercial embroidery (Tajima preferred but not required)
- Comfortable with the computer-side of embroidery: digitizing software (Wilcom, Pulse, or similar), file prep, machine programming. This is highly valued and will widen the role.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, takes pride in quality work
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
