Customer Service Representative

Striker Marketing is a longstanding Dahlonega business serving Lumpkin County and the surrounding region. We do custom apparel and decoration: embroidery, screen print, heat transfer, signage, promotional products, and fulfillment for local schools, sports teams, and businesses. We are family-feel, locally owned, and committed to growing the people who grow with us.

The role. We are hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to be the friendly first point of contact for our customers. You will answer phones, greet walk-in customers, take orders, coordinate with our production team, and learn light hands-on production work over time (heat press, hat press, decorated-goods intake). This is a long-term role for someone who wants to put down roots, learn the business, and grow with us.

What you will do. Answer phones and greet walk-in customers warmly. Take and document customer orders accurately. Coordinate with our production team and graphic designer. Run our heat press and hat press on lighter jobs (training provided). Help count in decorated goods returning from production partners. Build relationships with repeat customers, many of whom have been with us for years.

Who we are looking for. Reliable, on time, follows through on details. Naturally friendly with people, comfortable on the phone. Willing to learn light production work and use a computer for order entry. Long-term mindset: we are investing in someone who wants to stay. Prior customer-service, retail, or front-desk experience helpful but not required.
