Responsibilities

• Lead a crew to assess, document, and complete repairs and replacements of all types of roofing and gutter projects.
• Oversee other laborers or apprentices, and inspect the work of less experienced crew members
• Utilize provided CRM technology to upload photographs of work, to communicate with customers as needed, and to move projects through the workflow. *Employees will receive instruction and training on this construction and tracking software during onboarding*
• Complete all work in accordance with industry standards and OSHA safety guidelines.
• Train junior employees as needed, providing safe and effective guidance on roofing standards, safety, and proper technique.
• Communicate professionally with customers, answering their questions and explaining recommended repairs in a way they can understand.
• Report to Operations Directors and office staff on job status, progress, and possible risks to budget and timeline.
• Complete quality work in a timely and accurate manner, completing all paperwork to accompany said work.

 
Qualifications

• Five years installation experience with either shingle, metal, or flat roofing products. Preference will be given to candidates with multiple roof type experience.
• Customer facing skills, explaining necessary repair work in terms that can be understood by the property owner.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical and have valid GA driver’s license, provide personal transportation to office daily – will drive company provided truck to/from job sites.
• Successfully complete OSHA 10 training and certification during onboarding
• Bilingual a plus

Full-time Payroll employee, overtime eligible starting at $30.00/hr - with options for advancement and/or salary with annual bonus structure and weekly direct deposit.
