Do you sometimes feel as if you have been asked to cut down a forrest with a hatchet, and are only making dents in trees without actually felling any? The problem is knowing which trees to chop and which ones to leave for someone else.
In this seminar, we will examine what life could be like if we were able to be liberated from the tyranny of the urgent and focus on what matters most, even if what matters most doesn't look or feel as urgent as other, more pressing options. We will explore the difference between important tasks and less important ones, apparently urgent matters and non-urgent, but vitally important matters. The result will be Quadrant II Living, a new way of seeing, prioritizing and actually doing what matters most.
