Yoga ? Level 1 It is time to relax! Learn to strengthen your body, build your flexibility, quiet your mind, and calm your emotions through a system of centering, stretches, yogic breathing, postures, and guided relaxation. Each class will progress from slow stretching through beginning yoga postures and breathing exercises to gain total relaxation and a sense of personal well being.
