Women In Lumpkin Leadership, W.I.L.L., is a monthly leadership development opportunity for women who live or work in Lumpkin County. Strategic planning is a leader imperative to propel and manage positive action and change. The presentation will provide an overview of the benefits and critical components and steps of strategic planning to map where your business is headed and what its priorities should be.
Marina Barron holds a Masters Degree in Organization Development and a Bachelor Degree in Psychology. Her diverse professional background includes nonprofit management and business management and consulting. She is currently an Organization Development Consultant and founder of "Talent & Management Consulting" where she helps businesses improve their hiring practices and maximize their business performance.
