Travel the Mediterranean with Capers on the Square
Let Capers on the Square take you to the French Riveria. For our final stop along the Mediterranean, we visit what the locals refer to as "Côtes D'azure." It shares with the rest of the Mediterranean a love of Olive oils and Spiced Olives, fresh seafood and rich flavors.
We recommend pairing the food with some of our new wines or craft beers on draft. Combine the light flavors of Reformation Haddy Wheat with Salmon Tartare and a Dill Cardamom cream. Or try the Hop Dang Diggity with the seared duck breast.
