Join Cathi, Hope and Noel the Sloth for a one of a kind experience as they go deeper into the mission of bringing people and animals together, so that no life goes untouched. Slow down with Noel the Sloth as we go over the 3 Cs and apply them! Caring, Connecting and Conserving!

Highly sought after wellness - mindfulness coach Cathi Frolio Huff and Conservation specialist -Director of North Georgia Zoo Hope Easter Malenke Bennett, team up to bring you the secrets of a slow down Sloth life that can help you unleash your inner peace and joy through awareness-mindfulness while learning about and supporting rain forest conservation at the same time! We will also be making essential oil roller balls to take home. The roller ball can be used to help remind individuals to pause, breathe and be in the moment, helping to reduce anxiety and stress. You will also be given a handout on Mindfulness 101 which discusses the benefits physically and mentally of incorporating mindfulness into your life.

At the end of the session you can get a picture with a sloth on a pillow, where part of the proceeds will go directly towards sloth conservation in Costa Rica ($50 for personal picture).
