This 75-hour sales prelicense course is approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission and offered through Barney Fletcher RealtyU, one of Georgia?s oldest and most successful real estate schools. Upon completing this course, you will have the materials and procedures needed to take the required final exam, apply to take the state exam, and apply for the state license.
