On Wednesday, August 25th Bryan Koepp of BB&T Bryan will be discussing business succession planning. Topics will include identifying exit objectives, maximizing and protecting business value, effective ownership transfer to family members, effective ownership transfer to third parties and how to prepare for business continuity in unexpected circumstances.
Bryan Koepp joined BB&T Wealth Management in February of 2008. He has 11 years experience in financial planning. Bryan received his B.A. from the College of Wooster (Ohio), with Honors in Political Science, and earned his law degree (J.D.) from The Ohio State University College of Law. He is admitted to practice law in the states of Ohio and Georgia, where he is a member of the estate and probate and tax sections. Bryan also maintains the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation.
