NEW YEARS EVE AT MONTALUCE

MONTALUCE CANCELS THE GALA, BUT IS STILL HAVING A GREAT PARTY!!
 
Since we will not have our wine license by December 31st, we are changing the Gala to a BYOB party.  Please see the details below:
 
WHAT: New Year's Celebration at Montaluce
 
WHEN :  7PM to the early hours
 
COST:   $75 per person plus you are requested to bring 2 bottles of wine that have special significance or a story you can share. We will drink one bottle and save the other for our 5th annual NYE party!
 
Gareth and Barbara Genner (Pomino lot 11) have graciously offered  to provide Prosecco and Champagne!
 
ENTERTAINMENT:  There will be a full band on hand so we can dance the night away!  We will save the fireworks display for next year!
 
SHUTTLE SERVICE:   We will provide free shuttle service between Montaluce and the Holiday Inn Express, Park Place Hotel, Long Mountain Lodge and Lily Creek Lodge.
 
MENU:  House Smoked Wild Salmon with Organic Arugula
             Wild Georgia shrimp risotto with Zucchini and Basil
             Ravioli with Ricotta and Black Truffles
             Pan Roasted Halibut with Saffron – Tomato Broth, Organic Cucumber    Salad
             Rack of Colorado Lamb Stuffed with Spinach and Sun-dried Tomatoes
             White Chocolate and Lemon Tart, Prosecco Marinated Fruit.
