You can expect to experience greater self-awareness and learn ways to be kind to yourself throughout the weekend! There will be many yoga classes offered, for all levels (including restorative, flow, partner yoga, Nidra, and meditation). Other activities include: educational/experiential workshop, labyrinth walk, guided hike and a delicious class/workshop focused on giving yourself the loving self-care you deserve! There will be time to “retreat”, walk the trails, get a massage, or explore the sites and wineries in the area. Bring your significant other, best friends, co-workers, teen/adult children, etc. This retreat is for all levels of experience and everyone can benefit from the information and experiences you will receive at this retreat!

Your instructors are Carolyn Purvis, Owner of Purvidise Yoga and Abbey Brewer, Owner of Embrace Yoga with 25+ years of combined teaching experience. Carolyn is a 500 hour registered yoga teacher, registered yoga therapist and Essential Oil enthusiast who loves using humor and education to make yoga accessible for everyone.Abbey is an E-RYT 500, anatomy teacher to yoga teachers, Pilates instructor, licensed massage therapist, and certified herbalist. She uses all of her skills to create an inviting, creative class. Both teachers are anatomy/therapy based and strive to educate students about maintaining their body at an optimal level.
