Agenda:Since arriving in Atlanta in 2003, Lori Lane has redefined luxury real estate and new construction marketing. As a Senior Vice President at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties, she leverages her position and experience to break down barriers, leaving a lasting impact on the entire real estate industry.
In 2006, Lori was named Senior Vice President of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties’ New Homes Division and created an award-winning strategy for the marketing and selling of new construction. Lori and her team have won hundreds of awards for their extensive builder client list and have increased the profitability for every project they represent. She also founded the CITY HAUS division, which specializes in condominium developer solutions. Through hard work, dedication, and leadership, she has established herself as a powerhouse in the male-dominant industry of new home construction.
In 2015, Lori took over the Luxury Collection marketing and brought her vision to life by creating an innovative strategy for the marketing, branding, and selling of high-end properties. This never-before seen lifestyle driven approach incorporates the use of iconic fashion and the five senses to evoke an aspirational response from luxury real estate consumers. Under her leadership, Luxury Collection has seen an increase in market share by over 110% and over $1.3 billion in sales volume in only four years. Through her creativity and leadership, Lori led Georgia Properties to become the first-ever real estate company to win the coveted MAX Award, edging out many Fortune 500 companies, including Arby’s, Coca-Cola, and more.
In her spare time, Lori enjoys spending time with her two children, exploring Atlanta’s best sushi spots, and playing with her four-legged companion, Rosie.
