Hiking the North Georgia Mountains Do you want to explore Northern Georgia, but don?t know where to begin? Come learn places to go day hiking and backpacking in the area, what to expect in the woods, how to prepare for your trip, outdoor safety, and Leave No Trace ethics. Watch classroom demonstrations of equipment, and try it yourself before leaving town. Then use what you?ve learned in class on two day hikes.
