Proceeds of First Night Dahlonega support Jeremiah’s Place, Lumpkin County’s only transitional housing facility for the homeless.
North Georgia Interfaith Ministries, Inc. (NGIM) was incorporated on April 3, 2014 as a faith-based, 501c3 non-profit charity located in Dahlonega, Georgia. We partner with many faith-based institutions, businesses, and community organizations that take an active role in helping the homeless. In early 2015 NGIM was blessed with the donation of 4 duplexes, which were renovated by dozens of volunteers and moved on to 2.5 acres of donated land on Red Oak Flats Road. This became Jeremiah’s Place and created space for 6 families, now the only transitional housing facility for the homeless in Lumpkin County. We opened our doors in December 2015
