Fall Yoga & Hiking Retreat with Deb Wineman & Stacy Levy

Enjoy a blissful weekend of yoga, hiking and relaxation October 1-4, 2015, at the Dahlonega Spa Resort. The retreat schedule includes six yoga sessions (including one candlelight flow class, three vinyasa flow classes and two restorative/therapeutic evening classes), hiking, meditation, and ample time for relaxation. Optional excursions and activities include spa treatments, beginner to advanced hikes, biking, waterfalls, whitewater rafting, horseback riding, visiting wildlife preserves, vineyards and wine tasting. There will be plenty of time at your leisure to explore, play, rest and to soak up the warm sun and the gorgeous fall colors. Inspired by the beautiful scenery, this retreat will help you come back into balance and alignment so that you can reconnect with yourself and nature, and leave rejuvenated and refreshed.

Pricing begins at $795 for double occupancy - $1030 for single occupancy (all inclusive for the 3-night, 4 day retreat). Accommodation choices include private cottages, cabins and the main inn.

*The pricing includes all meals (dinner on Thursday, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Friday and Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday at the Pura Vida restaurant at the resort), all yoga classes, on-property hikes and nature trails, accommodations, gratuities, and taxes). The cost does not include airfare, transportation to and from the resort, spa treatments and excursions.
