YOGA Practicing Kripalu Yoga will enhance balance and stability, quiet the mind, and touch the spirit through a process of stretching, yogic breathing and postures and relaxation using guided imagery. Wear loose clothing. Facilitator: Pat Cail, M.S.m RYT, has been a certified Kripalu yoga teacher since 2002. she is also certified to teach prenatal yoga and yoga for people with osteoporosis and osteopenia. she recently completed her 500 hour advanced professional training at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, Lenox, MA and continues to study for anotehr advanced degree with Yoganand Michael Carroll, North August, SC.
