Cedar Hill Presents: Kripalu Yoga: More Than Making You Flexible and Strong Instructor: Pat Cail, M.S., RYT Throughout the four week session you are guided to move at your own pace while honoring your body's needs in each moment. Kripalu Yoga stretches and tones muscles, releases chronic tension, energizes and refreshes your body. You will be using techniques that will lead to calming restless thoughts, cultivating concentration, supporting mental clarity and self-awareness. You will be encouraged to honor your inner wisdom and invited into deep stillness.
