Join us to meet artist Jess Jones and celebrate her exhibition. She is an Atlanta textile artist. She finds quilt tops in local thrift and second hand stores which she stitches with her own topographical layers. Through this additive process she examines the urban environment and the influence of geography on the psychology of people who inhabit it. Her work also connects her to the original anonymous makers who once inhabited her same urban landscape.
