2017 Eggs & Issues Legislative Breakfast
The Dahlonega-Lumpkin County Chamber of Commerce continues to assist local businesses and citizens in communicating their concerns and discussing issues with our legislative delegation at the Eggs & Issues Legislative Breakfast on Friday, January 6, 2017 from 8:30 am to 10:30 am at the University of North Georgia Continuing Education Building. The Eggs & Issues Legislative Breakfast will feature Senator Steve Gooch and Representative Kevin Tanner. Our legislators remain interested in hearing what the citizens of this community have to say. Attendees will have a better understanding of our legislators' positions on important issues. Open to the public. $15 for Chamber members; $20 for non-members (non-refundable). Includes a full buffet breakfast. Registration is required (online only) and seating is limited. Ambassador Meeting
The Ambassador Program is an outreach and retention program for Chamber members with a built-in opportunity to provide public relations exposure for the Ambassadors and the businesses they represent. The Ambassadors are a group of professional volunteers from varied backgrounds who, while representing their business, act as a liaison between the Chamber and its members. The Ambassadors meet the last Tuesday of each month at 12:00pm in the Chamber conference room.
Chamber Annual Banquet
On behalf of the Dahlonega-Lumpkin Chamber Board of Directors you are invited to celebrate the success of 2016! The Annual Banquet is one of the most popular networking events of the year, bringing together a cross-section of Chamber Members, business leaders, elected officials, and community stakeholders. This is a great night for networking and enjoying some social time together. Dinner starts at 6:20 PM followed by a brief program before we begin our auction and dancing to the music of DJ Tommy Pirone at 7:30 PM.
