DESCRIPTION:Presented in association with the University of North Georgia's Musical Theatre Workshop\, The Silver Sun is a new musical adventure packed with intrigue\, romance\, betrayal\, and laughter!\n\nWritten by alumnus Naomi Maris Chapman\, The Silver Sun focuses on the story of a princess in search of a proper suitor to inherit her aging father's throne\; but her quest is thrown in a shocking direction when she is kidnapped for ransom by a dashing pirate captain of The Silver Sun\, "The finest pirate ship on the great seas!". Her story then embarks on a thrilling adventure full of new characters\, plot twists\, and memorable songs.\n\nPerformance dates are February 10 & 15 at 8 p.m. and February 11 at 3:30 p.m. General admission at the door\, $5 for general public and $3 for students.
