My name is Felicia Tallant. I am one of three Resource Coordinators for Northside Physician Practice Administration. My role is key to the success of our new and upcoming leaders. After onboarding, I spend roughly 90 days with new Coordinators and Managers. My goal is coaching them on Northside Policies, identifying strong employees to develop them into leaders, how to manage a physician practice, having difficult conversations, and much more. I am honored to be a part of the 2024 Lumpkin Leadership Class, and to serve in the Lumpkin County Community.
