Yet it still enables individuals to improve muscle tone\, flexibility\, and cardiovascular conditioning. Water aerobics provides the ultimate in low-impact exercise. Water jogging and walking are excellent cross-training activities for endurance development.\n\n\n\nWalkers\, runners\, and joggers should consider including water aerobics in their training regimen to decrease wear and tear on their joints. A variety of water equipment is used to add fun and energy to the class.\n\n\n\n18 years old is the minimum age to take this class.
