DESCRIPTION:Come join us for a 3k or 6k trail run at beautiful Montaluce Vineyard in the scenic north Georgia mountains!\n\nThe race will begin at 8:00 AM on August 9th. Montaluce is a premier vineyard\, tasting room and resturant specializing in organic\, fresh\, seasonal food\, most of which comes from their own property.\n\nChoose your distance and run either the 3k or 6k trail through the rolling hills on Montaluce's property alongside the Etowah River\, just east of Dahlonega\, Georgia.\n\nAll race participants will enjoy priority reservations at the award winning La Vigne Resturant\, so be sure to stay and enjoy the cuisine and some award-winning wine. There are also wine hikes on Saturdays\, for a personal tour of the vineyards.\n\nCome join us for great running\, food and wine! All ages are welcome.\n\nProper photo identification will be required for all participants who intend to sample wine.\n\n \n\nAwards and Extras\n\nOverall male/female 1st\, 2nd\, and 3rd\n\nOverall masters male/female 1st\n\n1st place age group awards 10-under/65+ in 5 year increments \n\nThere is parking on site\, but we strongly encourage that you make reservations to stay on site or at any of the other hotels and bed and breakfasts in the area. Look up accommodtions at www.dahlonega.org\n\nEarly packet pick up will be at Totally Running in Downtown Dahlonega on Friday August 8th from 11-7. Be sure to check out the resturants\, shops and attractions that Dahlonega has to offer!
