Accepted to college at 15\, David earned a degree in jazz bass and classical composition\, while performing in pit orchestras\, symphony choruses\, and street busking. A founding member of Mudcat in 1991\, David also plays with his own group Snave & the Grass\, and records bands at Elephant Xing Studio.
