Angus Filet\, Cedar Plank Roasted Salmon\, Or Parmesan Crusted Springer Mountain Chicken. \n\nTo end the evening Chef Zach has made some tasty homemade desserts that are just perfect to end the year on a high note. \n\nOnly $75 per couple and Reservations are recommended.\n\nYou can find the full YCG New Year's Menu here.
