DESCRIPTION:We are excited to announce that Lt. Governor Casey Cagle's 1st Annual Be Healthy Dahlonega Festival: 5K & Family Fun Run in collaboration with the Dahlonega-Lumpkin County Chamber & Visitors Bureau and Totally Running will be on Saturday\, May 9th at the Dahlonega Town Square. This FREE fun-filled family day is the perfect way to promote healthy lifestyles to children and families alike.\n\n \n\nKicking off with the 5k at 9am followed by the Family Fun Run at 10am\, the day is catered to family fun. Town Square will be our host for Dole Family Fit City where a DJ will keep the beat alive where tons of organizations will be on site promoting health and wellness with fun games and give-a-ways.\n\n \n\nIn addition to all the family fun\, the top 3 organizations that turn out the most runners will receive a grant from Casey Cagle's Healthy Kids Georgia and Verizon!
