DESCRIPTION:9-11 Day of Honor Picnic\n\n\nEvery year\, the 9-11 Day of Honor committee hosts a commemoration and picnic to honor our 1st Responders at Yahoola Creek Park\, from 5 to 7 pm\, on September the 11th.   This year's event falls on a Friday evening and  all 1st Responders and their families are invited to be our guests and the public is invited as well.    The Color Guard commemoration will begin at 5pm.   Please do come and give your support for the men and women who give so much every day.    And enjoy some excellent BBQ\, courtesy of Hickory Prime BBQ.    \n\n\n\nContact Pamela Bellamy at acudocpam@gmail.com with any questions or if you'd like to volunteer.    \n\n\n\nWe also are asking for donations\, which go 100% back to Lumpkin County First Responders departments.    Your tax deductible donation should be written out to LCCC / 9-11 DOH and mailed or dropped by the Visitors Center & Chamber of Commerce at 13 S. Park Street\, Dahlonega\, GA   30533
