DESCRIPTION:Kappa Delta Sorority invites you to their annual campus/community-wide dance competition\, KD Shakedown\, to be held on Wednesday\, October 8th at 7:30 pm in the Memorial Hall gymnasium. This event is open to the public and tickets are $7 at the door. $1\,000 of the proceeds will be given to a local philanthropy selected by the winning team and 100% of the remaining proceeds will benefit ConnectAbility\, Inc.\, an organization committed to encouraging\, enriching\, empowering and equipping children and adults with disabilities\, their families\, care providers and the communities in which they live. \n\n\n\nTo learn more about the 2014 Kappa Delta Shakedown beneficiary\, ConnectAbility\, check out their website at connectabilityinc.org\n\n\n\n**Though this event is open to the public\, some music selections and dance moves may be more appropriate for a mature audience.**
